Peterborough

Left the lakeside at Peterborough for the short trip to Sibson where the sky-diving venue is located. Had breakfast and then joined by James' mate Mark for a day of sky-diving. It soon became obvious that the cloud cover was going to delay the jumps. Later the boys decided that there didn't seems to be much future hanging around, so we said our goodbyes and the boys headed back to London. It had been a lovely time with James.
We reset our plans and headed in the direction of Cromer. Drove to Oxborough for lunch and visited the Oxburgh Hall, a medieval moated manor house. An interesting history and pleasant surroundings.

Later we moved on to Castle Acre, a village with a ruined Norman Castle and village - one of the best examples of a Norman settlement in Britain.

Stayed close by for our overnight.
